Program
At Peak Performance, we believe in making martial arts available to all.
taekwondo
A structured martial arts program teaching the foundations of Taekwondo including, kicks, punches and blocks. Ideal for all ages, with a clear progression from beginner to expert. using a belt system from white belt to black belt.

Adult Fitness
Ideal for those starting their fitness journey. this plan elevates your routine with bodyweight fitness, resistance training, fighting techniques, joint mobility, flexibility and injury prevention. Choose this to take your fitness to the next level.

peak Team / Competition Program
This is our elite training program. It is tailored for dedicated athletes aiming for high-level competition. We Emphasize on sparring drills, fight IQ, tactical strategy, and physical preparation tailored for tournament success.
